Synopsis: A young woman finds herself stranded in a section of Irish forest with a mysterious past and a dangerous reputation.
The Good: It has everything good about a Shyamalan film. Beautiful cinematography, bizarre twists, strange and foreboding events, and weird creatures. It’s full of gorgeous shots and tense moments. I really liked some parts, they were so good and others I just sighed and rolled my eyes.
The Bad: It has everything bad about a Shyamalan film. It has convoluted, oddly paced storylines, bizarre mythical creatures, several twists, and an ambiguous atypical ending.
Best Line: Try not to die.’
Fun Fact: Ishana Shyamalan’s directorial debut.
