Synopsis:
The Good: Wow. Alright, so I do love shoot ’em ups but they’re generally very poorly written. This is a rare exception. There were so many opportunities to go over the top or take the easy way out but 90% of this film is very well-paced, plotted, and executed (pun intended). Very impressed.
The Bad: They started getting weird near the end. There were SO MANY opportunities to kill Wick and they gave up on it. It sort of plays into the story but…it messes with the myth of John Wick as established.
Best Line: “It Wasn’t Just A Puppy.”
Fun Fact: According to Keanu Reeves, he did 90% of his own stunts in the film.
