Synopsis:
The Good: What a fun and wholesome film that proves you don’t have to have a central, harrowing conflict to drive every story. There’s plenty at stake but the ride is the point and the message of the story. All four women are wonderful, talented and funny. The rest of the cast was well chosen and delightful. Beautiful scenery throughout.
The Bad: There were low points where the energy level lagged a bit or the story wasn’t going anywhere for a second but it did fit into the overall feel well.
Best Line: “May you always love each other as you do today. I think love is reason enough, and the rest of our lives start today”
Fun Fact: When they are trying on masks, one character says, “It’s very Christian Grey.” Don Johnson’s real life daughter Dakota Johnson plays Christian Grey’s love interest in the “Fifty Shades” trilogy. E.L. James’ books are the basis for the plot of the original film.
