Synopsis:
The Good: They went all in on the premise and in the style of recent British comedies, the entire thing was a commentary on the absurdity of modern life and dating. It worked, somehow.
The Bad: It’s not ‘bad’ but this was the most awkward thing I’ve ever watched. It was supposed to be and they delivered in abundance. It’s almost cringy….no it just is. Full-on cringe that makes us all squirm at how awful dating is in general.
Best Line: “Pikachu’s a slag then? Who knew…”
Fun Fact: Michael Socha and Emma Rigby previously played love interests in ‘Once Upon a Time in Wonderland.’
